​What is Included​​
The training session is designed to offer an initial appreciation of reflection as a cognitive process and as a practice. The aim is to familiarize with the basic components of reflection and provide the time and space to explore unexpected insights into those areas of your life that seem to be ‘stuck’. You will have the opportunity to practice structured reflection at your own pace..

You will receive a manual that includes links to videos as part of your pre-reading and extracts from readings on reflection. After the training you will also receive the slides and electronic journal pages with prompting questions to facilitate your reflective practice. Participants will have the opportunity to experience Reflective Coaching by Dr M. May Seitanidi during the workshops. All participants who attend both workshops will join the Reflect4Change Community and receive from time to time invitations to reflection events.​
